INSTALLMENT OF KENYA RAB NATIONAL DIRECTOR:
BISHOP WILFRED BARASA WAFULA
First, we would like to thank Bishop Saul Kisato, National Bishop Pentecostal Holiness Church in East Africa for his officiating this God-given promotion in ordaining Bishop Wilfred Barasa Wafula as RAB Kenya Volunteer National Director. The ceremony and celebration took place on January 31, 2016 at the Moi’sbridge Church, Bishop Wilfred oversees on behalf of Christ Jesus. Bishop Saul officiated as RAB Founder and International Director, Sr. Pastor Cyndi Higgins, via phone, prayed, blessed, and ordained our beloved Bishop Wilfred as RAB Kenya National Director. The remaining commissioning was left in the capable hands of Bishop Saul Kisato.
Dear Pastor Cyndi:
After reading your speech, I was able to install Bishop Wilfred Barasa as Kenya Director on your behalf. On behalf of the IPHCK Church in Kenya I promise to work with Bishop Barasa Wafula and Pastor Milton Wanyama, RABs Africa Coordinator. I believe through your prayer, we shall reach the unreached and the backsliders with the good news. I know Bishop Barasa as a good faithful man of God. I believe as we join together this year, we shall achieve much on RAB Assignment so continue praying for us. The devil is a liar!
UGANDA: RAB Introduction Seminar to the members of UMFIC—United Ministers Fellowship in Christ, Kamuli District, Uganda, East Africa
March 21, 2016
To dearest International Director Mum, Pastor Cyndi and the BFG/RAB USA Committee
I humbly take this opportunity to salute you for the prayers you always offer me, the support and the zeal for RABs ministries to gain roots in African soil. With my humble heart, I appreciate you so much. On Saturday 19th of March, RABs as a mission’s ministry has planted its roots in Namasagali County, Kamuli district. We had about 30 pastors of the 44 churches in the County. It was such a wonderful moment of truth of the word of God for the people to get to know how to bring back the runaway brides, for the preparation of the church to be ready for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I humbly thank my God for the great work done. I took photos with Pastor Patrick in a black suit and red shirt with grey tie, Pastor Peter of western Uganda in brown suit, and Pastor Augustine in black vest, our ladies with the church member in the back are singers, at their home ready for the journey to Namasagali. Also other photos are for members in the church listening and receiving books as well. It was such a wonderful moment. Your prayer has made a difference. If not prayers, I am nothing before God and people. May the Lord bless you.
In Christ; Pastor Milton Wanyama,
RABs Coordinator Africa.

Dear Mama Cyndi:
Greetings from Uganda East Africa. As the whole nation is coming for election February 18th, the Lord has not left us like that. We are still seeking for those who said ‘YES’ to Christ for salvation. For whatever reason many who said ‘YES’ to his proposal, left Him standing at the altar, waiting for them to be ushered back.
I managed to take a mission work to Bulopa county Kamuli district last weekend. Praise the almighty God, many pastors hugged together, and church leaders to hear the RABs teachings. A number of them loved the teachings so much that they requested me to go back again. RABs is going all over Uganda, East Africa and the rest of African countries and in the whole universe. Jesus Christ is around the corner.
I take this opportunity to thank the Lord for my hosting pastor, Patrick Mukisa, who made it possible to hold RABs in his county, together with pastor Sunday Patrick, the chairman of pastors Fellowship Kamuli district. May the Almighty God bless you abundantly. Above are some of the collection of photos, very wonderful and God caring people. The man in a brown coat is Pastor Patrick Mukisa. Above all, I thank God for this far. My vote of thanks goes to International director, together with BFG committee and the finance committee as well for the work done.
May our heavenly God richly bless you so big for loving our people and Africa.
I remain yours
Pastor Milton Wanyama, Africa RABs Coordinator
